For my first post of the New Year [yes I am slow] I figured I would start with a refreshed picture from Prague, Czech Republic in 2008. I took another crack at editing it with an HDR finish. I will readily admit I not the biggest fan of HDR imagery, but when done right I think it can really add depth and style to certain images. Typically the sky is vastly improved with an HDR finish and better mimics the dramatic sky that was present at the time since it cannot always be captured in camera. This is one of my first attempts at HDR, so be nice ok? Enjoy!
So after a busy summer of shooting weddings Ali and I took a much needed vacation to the south coast of Spain in September, we pretty much did nothing but relax and swim in the Mediterranean. We did explore around Nerja a bit, although the picture taking was somewhat limited due to the large amount of time spent on the sand :) As soon as we got back from Spain we shot another gorgeous mountain wedding, so I have been busy working on those photos and finally made time to put some vacation photos up. A recent trip to Quebec City revealed a beautiful city. Especially at night! The fountain in front of the Parliament Building in the city.
